Services include sourcing land development opportunities, assessment of market risks, due diligence and consultant coordination through to land acquisition, reliable estimates of overall cost budgeting, entitlement processing to permit, general construction oversight and precise reporting. In addition, leasing brokerage oversight and direct property management are offered, including customizing property level accounting reporting to meet the needs of various REIT standards.
In 2016, McDonald Property Group developed and constructed 237,000 SF located on 16 acres in Oceanside, California for First Industrial Realty Trust. This entitled land opportunity was sourced by McDonald Property Group, and the completed shell project was delivered to First Industrial with 100% lease at completion. This project is being held by First Industrial upon lease-up under a Build-to-Core strategy.
In 2017, McDonald Property Group completed a 720,000 SF build-to-suit with Wolverine Worldwide on behalf of USAA Real Estate located in Beaumont, CA.
In 2019, McDonald Property Group completed a 2,700,000 SF build-to-suit for Amazon on behalf of USAA Real Estate located in Beaumont, CA and completed 4 buildings totaling 400,000 SF for Black Creek Group in Oceanside, CA which has been fully leased.
